It is very rare that MS Dhoni displays pain on field. Severest of blows and the Indian skipper has stood tall and performed his task. On Wednesday, Dhoni got hit in the eye with a bail when he got out bowled looked in discomfort as he made the long walk back to the pavilion. Many wondered if Dhoni would be able to keep wickets and either KL Rahul or Kedar Jadhav would don the big gloves. However, Dhoni being Dhoni, he decided to marshal his troops and kept wickets. India managed a narrow win by three runs and in turn won the series 2-1, however after the game, Dhoni posted a picture from his Instagram account and wrote, “That’s what happens when u get hit by bails, lucky only had to keep wkts with blurred vision and pain.”
