England woman cricketer, Charlotte Edwards became the first player to score a half-century in the ongoing ICC Women’s World T20 2016, in Super 10 Group B, Match 10 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Thursday. She went past India’s Mithali Raj, who had the highest score of 42. Her fifty came off 46 deliveries including 46 deliveries, including seven boundaries and a strike rate 136. Currently, England are 118 for the loss of four wickets in 17 overs, with Charlotte Edwards on 58 and Danielle Wyatt on two.
