D’Arcy Short registers highest BBL score
D'Arcy Short © Getty Images[/caption] Hobart Hurricanes' D'Arcy Short registered the highest score in Big Bash League (BBL) during the 2017-18 edition. Playing against Brisbane Heat at Brisbane, Mr D'Arcy kept all pride and prejudice apart and went all guns blazing. He romped to 122 not out off 69, including 8 fours and as many sixes. His prodigious innings propelled the score to 179 for 4. Here is the list of highest scores in BBL:

For obvious reasons, D'Arcy is the highest run-scorer of the season: he has blasted 406 runs at 81.2 in 6 matches; Cameron White, with 285 runs, is at the second spot.
