Undefeated India face Bangladesh in their second match of the Super 8 round in T20 World cup 2024 on Saturday.
The Rohit Sharma-led side needs a victory to go closer to the semi-final berth, while Najmul Hossain Shanyo and Co. also needs a win to keep themselves up as strong contender for knockouts. The overall head-to-head record is dominated by India, but Bangladesh have been known to be plucky and Rohit Sharma and his team are aware of that.
At the ongoing World Cup, there is no doubt that India has such a mighty as a cricket power that it has to be taken as a serious title contender.
India’s sole aim in the Caribbean is to win the trophy, and a solid performance against Bangladesh is going to be another step in achieving this goal.
Bangladesh, on the other hand, who have struggled with their batting throughout the tournament, find themselves in a must win situation after the loss to Australia. They have a lack of power-hitters and this is going to sting them in their neck for sure since there is no quick fix to that problem.
Here is how the weather is expected to be during this hame-
