James Anderson began the English proceedings after Ravindra Jadeja had eliminated them all for 353. From the first ball, Rohit Sharma tried to attack, and Anderson gave up just one run in his opening over. On the other end, Olie Robinson bowled a maiden over and showed excellent discipline with his line and length. James Anderson eventually got a leading edge on Rohit Sharma in the third over, and he was caught behind the wicket for just two runs.
