England‘s tour of India has reached its final destination with visitors set to take on hosts in the third and final Twenty20 International (T20I) at Bengaluru. Both India and England have won one game each and will face off for the last time in the third T20I at Bengaluru‘s M Chinnaswamy Stadium. England lost the Test series 0-4 went on to lose the ODI series 1-2. Nonetheless, Eoin Morgan‘s side will look to end the tour on a positive note by claiming the T20I series. If the first encounter turned out to be a one-sided contest with visitors mauling hosts by 7 wickets, India held their nerves to get the better of England in second T20I at Nagpur. The live cricket telecast for the series decider will be available on Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 HD in English and the commentary in Hindi for the match can be heard over at Star Sports 3 and Star Sports 3 HD. The live streaming of the match will be available on hotstar.com.
After taking 1-0 lead in the series, a rejuvenated England side almost won the second T20I before falling in the final overs. Jasprit Bumrah and Ashish Nehra‘s impressive death bowling helped India register a five-run win after posting a modest target of 145 runs against former World T20 champions. India were once again restricted to a total of under 150 courtesy England’s pace duo of Chris Jordan and Tymal Mills. Jordan did an excellent job by picking 3 wickets as the hosts managed just 144 runs on the board. England looked comfortable in the chase, but it was Root’s wicket off the first ball of final over that changed the entire course of the match. Bumrah defended 8 runs, by conceding only 2. With that win, India levelled the series 1-1.

However, expect another thrilling contest in the third T20I as well. After the lows of the four-Test series and three-ODI series, England will look to seal the T20I series whereas hosts will be eyeing victory in Virat Kohli‘s debut series as skipper in shortest format.
