An economical three-wicket haul from the experienced seam bowler Katherine Brunt has helped England Women keep India Women to 111/8 in the second T20I in Guwahati. Having opted to field, England did very well to allow just four fours and two sixes across India's 20 overs, in which five players managed double-digit scores but the highest was 20 from Mithali Raj. Brunt added Jemimah Rodrigues, bowled for just 2, in her third over and later got Bharati Fulmali for 18 in the 20th over. Brunt finished with 3/17 from her four overs. Linsey Smith, the rookie left-arm spinner playing her fourth match for England, dented India's progress with the wickets of Harleen Deol (14) and Shikha Pandey (3) to end with figures of 2/11 in three overs. England lead the series 1-0 after winning the opening game by 41 runs. Brief scores: India Women 111/8 in 20 overs (Mithali 20, Brunt 3/17 vs England Women
