Sachin Tendulkar sent out Christmas Wishes over tweets this morning. His tweet mentioned “May this holiday season sparkle and shine, may all of your wishes and dreams come true. Thank you for all your good wishes. Merry Christmas.” It has been three years since Tendulkar’s retirement from One-Day Internationals (ODIs). He has been in the news recently with his co-owned sports entertainment company, Smaaash Entertainment, where they have taken Cristiano Ronaldo as their ambassador for new set of soccer arcade games going to be launched in Gulf Countries. Amongst the top searched sportsman in Google 2015, Tendulkar still dominates the the search engines around. Shane Warne has been on a spree to announce Test and ODI XI’s of various countries, he announced the Test XI squad for India and the first name he mentioned was of Tendulkar followed by Saurav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and many other followed. Tendulkar’s fan fare is not just restricted to Indians; it also includes the Tennis legend Roger Federer. The Swiss who was in India recently for International Tennis Premier League (ITPL) admitted that he chooses Tendulkar as his favorite batsman whenever he plays cricket video games. He was caught in a fist of anger towards Greg Chappell at the Times Lit Festival, where he went on to say that Greg destroyed India’s progress for five years. Tendulkar is the most prolific run scorer in the history of the game in Tests and ODIs. Tendulkar’s tweet said:
