MUMBAI INDIANS THROUGH TO THE SEMI-FINALS!
Rayudu finishes it in just two deliveries. He slams two sixes to go past the target in 13.2 overs to help Mumbai qualify for the semi-finals. What a win for Mumbai, this. They have managed to just about topple Otago Volts from the second spot and will go through along with Rajasthan Royals. Rohit Sharma’s 51 not out and Dwayne Smith’s 48 off 25 balls set the tone for the chase.

Whiteman brings up his half-century in the penultimate delivery as an outside edge travels quickly to the thirdman boundary. This is starting to look like a huge total for the Perth Scorchers.

Pragyan Ojha strikes..twice! He first bowls a full delivery on the off-stump and Agar comes down the wicket and misses the ball which goes onto strike the off-stump. He then castles Katich’s stumps with a ball that went through the Southpaw’s bat-pag gap. Ojha has sent both openers back to the pavilion in his first over. Six runs and two wickets from the over.

Million Dollar Glenn Maxwell comes on and strikes rightaway in the second ball..almost! He foxes Agar to come down the track and miss the ball but Karthik misses a regulation stumping. Maxwell wraps up the over in a jiffy with just four runs being conceded off it.

Perth need a move on and quickly. Rishi Dhawan continues and bowls a no-ball off the second delivery. Lovely free-hit delivery by Dhawan. He keeps it full outside the off-stump and Agar cannot take any run off it. They finally get a boundary as Agar moves outside the leg-stump and hits it through point. Dinesh Karthik comes up to the stumps but Agar moves across and chips the full delivery to the fine leg boundary.
