Former national selector Jamie Cox has said Phil Hughes will come of age at Test level through a pick and stick policy, regardless of whether he replaces Shaun Marsh in South Africa.

Australia has three members of a 15-man tour party with injury concerns ahead of the departure for South Africa this week, including batsman Marsh, James Faulkner and Jackson Bird, News.com.au reports.
