Preity Zinta has special wedding surprise for rumoured ex-boyfriend Yuvraj Singh

There were rumours of the actress being involved with cricketers Brett Lee and Yuvraj Singh in the past.

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta who co-owns Kings XI Punjab side in the Indian Premier League stunned everyone when she got hitched with Gene Goodenough. In the past, Preity was linked with businessman Ness Wadia but things didn’t turn out well between them. There were rumours of the actress being involved with cricketers Brett Lee and Yuvraj Singh in the past. But she dismissed the rumours and said that they are like brothers to him. Both the cricketers have played for KXIP in Indian Premier League in their cricketing careers too. Preity expressed her displeasure on things being written about her private life.

Preity was quoted in a report from indiatvnews.com while speaking leading daily saying, “I am a private person. I am amazed when I see so much being written about my life, without being confirmed by me. It has stopped bothering me, but there are a few things which I have taken to heart. When I was linked with Yuvraj Singh and Brett Lee – I will never forget that. They are my brothers. And I have decided to personally visit Lee and Yuvi on Raksha Bandhan and tie rakhis to them.”

Whe she was questioned about Yuvraj’s wedding with another Bollywood actress Hazel Keech, Preity said that she has some special surprise planned for the couple and it’s beyond expectations.

Preity said, “Do you know the wedding date? I am asking because I need to have a special shaadi present for him – a box of rakhis (laughs). I am happy that he is getting hitched. We share a great bond. He was a part of our team and has seen the ups and downs.”

Both Yuvraj and Preity are now busy with their respective franchises in the IPL.
