The third edition commenced on Thursday with new team Multan Sultans defeating defending champions Peshawar Zalmi. The sixth encounter of the tournament is between the Sultans and Islamabad United at Dubai. The Sultans lead the points table with two wins and four points, whereas the United are at the fifth spot with a loss from one game that they have played.
