Rajasthan CA and KSCA XI picked up three points apiece for first innings lead as they drew with KSCA President’s XI and Baroda CA, respectively, in the Shafi Darashah Trophy cricket tournament Saturday.
In Alur, heavy rains after tea curtailed play as Baroda, 13 runs in arrears, made 171 for four in their second innings when the match was abandoned, against KSCA XI.
In Mysore, an unbeaten 200 (258b, 23×4, 2×6) by Rahul KL and Karun Nair’s 156 not out (223b, 17×4, 4×6) in a first-wicket 367-run partnership for KSCA President’s XI highlighted the drawn game with Rajasthan CA who had taken a 192-run first innings lead. (IANS)
