An unbeaten 110 by Saurabh Tiwary of Jharkhand CA provided some cheer on a day that saw all the matches being affected by rain in the Safi Darashah All-India cricket tournament in Bangalore on Friday.
Tiwary’s knock saw Jharkhand making 291 for four in 95.2 overs in their first innings in reply to KSCA XI‘s 550 for five when play was called off due to rains.
Haryana CA, who made 448 for nine in their first innings, took a sizeable lead by dismissing Saurashtra CA for 217 and then making 81 for four when rain forced abandonment.
