Meanwhile, the players will be eyeing a win in the final T20I against New Zealand in Ahmedabad. The series is tied at 1-1 after team India managed to win the second T20I in Lucknow. Having restricted New Zealand to a mere 99, Indian team was confident of a big win, however, the wicket was not easy to score and the Kiwi bowlers ensured that they make India earn every run. A fighting 26 by Suryakumar Yadav ensured team India win the match but not before consuming more than 19 overs for a modest chase.

The wickets so far in the series has been a hot topic of debate. The pitch in the first match turned square and same was the case in Lucknow.
