Virat Kohli has completed a hat-trick of series wins against England. The Test series was won 4-0, while the ODIs and T20Is were reasonably more competitive, yielding 2-1 results. Kohli has begun his limited-overs captaincy journey with wins, and there will be high hopes from the side when they play the Champions Trophy as defending champions this June. After losing the first T20I at Kanpur, India came back strongly at Nagpur courtesy a fine 71 from KL Rahul and brilliant death bowling from Jasprit Bumrah and Ashish Nehra.
In the decider at Bengaluru, senior men MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh stepped up with the bat before a six-for from Yuzvendra Chahal dismantled England. After being 119 for 2 at one stage, England were bowled out for 127. Chahal became the first Indian bowler to claim a five-for in T20Is. His bowling figures of 6 for 25 are only next to Ajantha Mendis’, who has claimed six-fors twice in T20Is.
To celebrate this occasion, captain Kohli posed for a selfie with the members of his side — MS Dhoni, Yuvraj and Nehra. All three of them played vital roles in India’s T20I triumph. Before that, Yuvraj and Dhoni also played their parts well in the ODI series.

Even BCCI’s official Twitter handle posted the team’s winning selfie. There were other cricketers who tweeted about the same as well.
