England‘s Under-19 coach Tim Boon said that his side should not be disappointed at their failure to win the ICC U-19 World Cup 2014 and instead should feel proud of their third-place finish.
Boon said that England had a team full of highly skilled players and that they had done well in the tournament prior to their semi-final loss to Pakistan.
Boon maintained that the win against Australia in the third-place play-off match only reflected the character that his side had and said that they can use it in the future tours and matches to follow.
