George Bailey defends decision to leave out Luke Pomersbach

Bailey said he is very happy with the squad announced for the Twenty20 clash against Sri Lanka. He said it is well balanced side.
He praises James Faulkner and Ben Laughlin. Luke Pomersbach was left out of the team even though he had a good Big Bash season.
Bailey confirms that Pomersbach not getting selected is totally cricket related.
He believes players who are selected was totally based on their consistent performance.
