Pat Howard praises Australia’s new batting coach Stuart Law

A video showing Pat Howard, performance manager of Australia, talking to the press about batting coach Justin Langer moving on to coach Western Australia, and his replacement in Stuart Law.

Praising Langer’s ethics and culture he brought to the team, Howard said that the move is a big loss to the team. However, it had the full support of the team management. He said that Langer, who hails from Perth, will make a perfect fit at the Western Australia Cricket Association (WACA).

Howard also praised Law, who has had stints coaching the Sri Lankan and Bangladeshi cricket teams, saying that he is a “solid individual” and has already made an impact on arrival.
